"Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. I didn't reserve an accessible room, but they asked if I would like to have one, since my mom is elderly and can hardly see well. We got the accessible room and it was so much convenient for us! They were also very helpful when I received a package at the hotel. They are very kind and accommodating. "

"It was a beautiful property with a fountain and a coy pond. It had a very well kept up court yard with tables and flowers. The staff was courteous. It was close to the freeway and the main streets in Carpenteria. We could visit there again. "

"The grounds of this hotel are so beautiful and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Simi Valley. The room was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. The only minor complaint I have is the sliding door on the bathroom. It didn't give much privacy and also hard to use the bathroom at night without lighting up the whole room. I would prefer a standard door. Other than that, it was very nice, very clean and excellent location. "
