My mom and I stayed one night here on our Highway 1 road trip, and we wish we could’ve stayed longer! This inn was so cute and the king bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed morning coffee on the room’s patio. Will definitely come back again.

The ClockTower Inn has been our go to place when my wife & I visit Ventura. Situated in the heart of Downtown Ventura. We park the car at the Inn & can pretty much walk to any place we want to go. With an abundant amount of good restaurants & shops downtown, it’s a no brainer to stay here. The Staff is always courteous & helpful, the rooms a decent size & the grounds pleasant.

We have always loved the location by Main Street and the historic building despite the lack of more modern amenities. Since most rooms don’t have hand grips on the walls of the bathtubs, we may not be staying here from now on, unless they have accessible rooms available. She had a nasty injury (not the hotel’s fault) while there, and we just can’t afford to take chances.

Comfortable king bed. Sofa bed upholstery needs cleaned, otherwise bedroom was clean. Bathroom was clean but in need of some minor maintenance. Carpet in hallways was dirty but otherwise common areas were good. Pleasant breakfast area enclosed with glass and had feel of an arboretum with several live plants. Friendly staff. The hotel served the purpose of a reasonably priced accommodation in close proximity to Channel Island boat.
