"What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality. The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away. Unfortunately this time it was a short visit but we will come back for sure. "

"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. "My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."
