Our area is subject to a strict Vacation Rental Ordinance. We are allowed up to 10 adults, no more than 3 cars on site and quiet hours are strictly enforced form 10:00pm to 8:00am. We do not allow any gatherings, celebrations or special events at the house. Fireworks are illegal in Santa Cruz County.
