"Beautiful stay any time of the year. We saw a lot of marine life this time at Pleasure Point- otters, sea lions, harbor seals, flocks of birds and couldn’t discern if they were dolphins or sharks feeding! We were efficiently assisted with a few needs (more TP, dishwasher soap, fireplace lighter/directions.)Close proximity to Capitola and beach/boardwalk is always fun.Bedroom size/location for a friend vs family stay is the only challenge, which we solve by taking turns."

"It was okay. Has an unpleasant smell that gets you as soon as you walk in. Not enough pillows or the right pillows. No couches to enjoy watching tv besides a very hard what appear to be a table with a padding on it and a quilt. The futon inside the room where the bunk beds are, it’s very uncomfortable. You are better off bringing blow up mattresses. Entrance to house area by door looks unclean with spiderwebs all around. All the outside area is unkempt and looks abandoned. Also being asked to...
