"The location is amazing - a quick walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Pier. The house is a beautifully restored mansion, and is very clean. We stayed in one of the attic rooms. It seemed like they invested a lot of money and effort into the building itself, but skimped on the furnishings. The bed was very uncomfortable and the vent for the air conditioning unit was taped to a hole in the wall. (Thankfully there was air conditioning, as it got pretty hot in the attic).
