"Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. "So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. General dirtiness - took photos of a lot of dust and dirt across the villa. 3. No washing up materials supplied in kitchen. It has a dishwasher...

"Pros: Big air conditioned rooms and all had big en-suites which was great. Loved the villa and greenery plus the wildlife that came to visit. The garden was well maintained. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Paco was super and explained everything to us. Cons: The pool was dirty with scum and the whole villa needed work eg painting as everywhere looked tired. There were not enough Sun loungers for the number of guests and 3 of the 7 had bolts missing making them dysfunctional. ...

"Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return."

"The area is very quiet, close to the ocean and 2 supermarkets close by as well. The property offers transport to a beach (free) as well as to the city MAO (4 euro). If you like to dive, you can do that too right at the property. Also the food is great. There was nothing I did't like. "

"The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience. "

"Had a fabulous week, lovely villa with great outside space. Very private and secluded in a nice quiet area. About a ten minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants and fifteen minute walk to a lovely beach. "
