The complex has so much potential, but minimal work and upgrades have been done and the grounds are in dire need of some landscaping. Doors don't close properly because of too much paint, the drains are slow to drain, not all the lights work, there is only one electrical plug in each room and there are many repairs needed. "Pros: La Gardenia is a lovely ground floor apartment only metres away from a gorgeous pool. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can walk out of the building onto the coastal path with beautiful little bays with plenty of good swimming spots (bring swimming shoes as it is rocky) and Es Castell is not more than a 15 minute walk, a great location. Joaquim was prompt and helpful with queries."

"Eigentlich war es ein schöner Urlaub in freundlicher Anlage und Umgebung. Leider war unser Appartement spärlich ausgestattet (keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Weingläser, Möbel auf der Terrasse aus billigem, wackeligem Plastik). Außerdem sah man der Unterkunft an, dass die letzte Renovierung an vielen Stellen wohl schon längere Zeit zurück liegt. Pool, nahe gelegener Strand und die morgendlichen Weckrufe des Hahns haben die Urlaubsstimmung aber hoch gehalten."
