Cala Alcaufar is a very quiet nice little beach, with very few people, in an amazing little town... not too many people here, but it worth a visit... nice place to rest and enjoy the beautiful water

"Pros: Big air conditioned rooms and all had big en-suites which was great. Loved the villa and greenery plus the wildlife that came to visit. The garden was well maintained. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Paco was super and explained everything to us. Cons: The pool was dirty with scum and the whole villa needed work eg painting as everywhere looked tired. There were not enough Sun loungers for the number of guests and 3 of the 7 had bolts missing making them dysfunctional. ...

"Pros: What really makes this villa special is the garden. It is spacious and private with a great pool beneath a magestic palm tree. It is a wonderful place to relax. Inside the villa it's quite traditional, but functional. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Carlos and Carmen were very helpful and welcoming. The villa is in a convenient location for exploring all parts of the island, and great for getting to and from the airport. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again...

"Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. The location is ideal and it is incredibly peaceful. We loved the BBQ and made use of that multiple times. Perhaps most importantly, the host was so easy to talk to and answered any queries I had. "Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return."

"Everything you’d want! Cheap and cheerful all inclusive with actual decent food and variety! Pool area lovely rooms spacious and clean. Entertainment looked fun and thought out plus day time activities. Staff friendly and welcoming - would stay again and recommend but you need a car to get around! "

"The area is very quiet, close to the ocean and 2 supermarkets close by as well. The property offers transport to a beach (free) as well as to the city MAO (4 euro). If you like to dive, you can do that too right at the property. Also the food is great. There was nothing I did't like. "

"The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience. "

"This was our 3rd stay at Barcelo Hamilton and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in the neighbourhood. East stroll round to Cales Fonts in 5 minutes, equally up to bus stop to Mahón and beyond. Be sure to get a sea facing room with balcony, possibly more expensive but worth every penny. "
