"I was a wonderful place to stay in an area that does not have a lot of hotels. Perfectly clean and quiet. I was able to walk to the hotel from the nearby Togane train station with my suitcase. I would definitely recommend for those passing through Togane, Chiba!"

It does have common bathrooms, so that was a bit of a surprise. The couple who runs the Fukurou Tei are nice and very helpful. The wife was also fluent in English, which helped me quite a bit.
