"It was a short train ride from Narita Airport, perfect after a long 12 hour flight. The check in process is all automated, really quick and efficient. It was a standard room and bathroom, no frills, but quiet. I was able to get to sleep quickly and recharge. It’s only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the Narita Main Street Area."

"I cant find anything less to say for this hotel, superb from the check in to the checking out. 1. convenience store at the lobby 2. clean room and linen with "kimono" robe in style 3. toiletries (all ready for you) 4. shuttle service 5. friendly staff ...too comfy in bed to have bfast, but my brother said it was delish. definitely worth coming back. "There was a convenience store inside the hotel which was very convenient, however we were disappointed that there were only a few items on offer when we arrived late at night. As it is a large hotel, it would have been more convenient if there was a slightly larger convenience store or supermarket. Other than that, it was a very clean and nice hotel close to the airport."
