"Stayed 4 nights with family. Our "comfort double" room was clean and comfortable. With two large suitcases laid flat on the floor, we were still able to move around (that may not be possible in other Japanese hotels, especially in big cities). The hotel was close to train station and tracks but was quiet. We did not try the western style breakfast buffet, as that did not suite our taste. "Great staff and convenient location"

"Excellent location close to Sannomiya station .. limo bus from Itami airport stops nearby.. one stop on underground to Shin -Kobe Shinkansen station too. Lawson convenience store is next to hotel aeon supermarket very close as well. No gym but the other facilities you expect. Good room size for mainland Japan. Would stay again."
