"Close to the metro"

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom has great size and water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lot of different metro stations very close by so moving in Osaka was very easy. Some convenience stores and super market are close. Restaurants not too many. The area of neighbourhood is the only bad side of this place because there are lots of homeless and drunk people around. Also, being so close to the metro has it's downside like the noise, but for us was not an issue...

"This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM."

"Rooms were clean, location was amazing. The only issue if the check-in. It’s later than the usual check-in. I got there at 4:00PM but the receptionist asked me to wait until 5PM. There is no way a room was not available at that time. It did say 5PM when I booked the room but they should accommodate people when rooms are available."
