"Unreal hotel, we paid for airport pick up and they were on time and car was nice. They did shuttles to the west gate of national park which was super helpful as nonscheduled just as and when you ask We had breakfast and lunch in hotel it was lovely Heated infinity pool which was unreal Room was beautiful it was like log cabin but so so spacious They had activities on too, we spent an hour with a tea master having tea & did the shortbread biscuit making just to have a little rest and it just felt so special. Really recommend here, 10/15 min shuttle to west gate too and they help sort tickets when you’re there! Compliments to rain and his staff! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The staff at the hotel Chelsey and Robert provided excellent service booking our tickets easily, providing an excellent explanation of the park and areas to visit as well as ordering dinner for when we return and providing shuttles when we needed it to and from the park. The hotel also offers free self service laundry which was really easy to use. We would stay here again."

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."

"Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park."

"We chose this location due to its proximity to all the stores and the entrance to the National Park. We don’t regret it one bit. The location is ideal. The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us great touring advice. We definitely appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again"

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."
