"The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from dinner and kept coming on after we turned it off. Odd, we just unplugged it. Second thing was the floor was pretty dirty. We don't wear shoes in the house so it felt grungy on our feet. Mostly it was a very nice place. Very picturesque. We woke up to turkeys gobbling outside our door."

"This property was the perfect beach house for our weekend trip. Everything looked exactly like the photos, was clean and accurate. The owner made check-in and check-out extremely clear on expectations and definitely provided a reasonable price for its amazing location. I will be staying here again!"

"It seemed that a lot of the creamer at the coffee bar was sour which didn’t help the fact we really like our morning coffee and that we had to throw them out because the coffee soured- it was the same with the breakfast coffee also/ besides that our stay was pretty good 😊"

"Stayed at the property with a group of 12 guys for a golf weekend and it was perfect for our group. Lots of places to spread out when we wanted but also gather as a group. Communication with Josh was great all the way through our check out. Definitely someplace we would stay again if we do another trip in the area."

"The house is great! We loved the gourmet kitchen- it has everything you need. The house is comfortably decorated and styled, we felt pampered with the cozy blankets on the couch and the great bar set up! This is our second time staying at this house, and we will be back! "

Sandwich recent renovate, single house, close to beach

"I rented the house because it was close to the canal bike trail, less than a mile away. It’s also located very close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and other retail that you might need. While the kitchen was clean and well stocked with more accessories than I often find, it was missing some basics like a wine opener, and the Keurig coffee maker was missing the K cup holder. But it was well accessorized with plenty of dishes and glasses and also the bathroom had plenty of towels.Because it’s a relatively new rental and the owners are I believe not local, it does need a little more oversight. Everything appeared to be clean, except the floors and the windows inside the screens. Upon arrival, I had to sweep all the floors and vacuumed the rugs, but I found it difficult to get all the cobwebs and bugs out of the corners/edges and under furniture because it’s an upright vacuum. I exchanged a couple of messages with the owner to let them know that they needed to have their cleaning crew do a more thorough job of cleaning, including inside the window screens so that people can open the windows and enjoy the good weather without all the bugs and spiderwebs.It’s a nice little home in a quiet neighborhood and I’m sure that the owners will have the place thoroughly cleaned in the future. "
