"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

"The positives are the staff was very nice and the room was clean with a full kitchen. The bummer was that the pool was not open and hasn't been for awhile. The door was very difficult to open. The rooms were a little run down. The entrance to the woods was actually not walkable at all despite the Expedia description. But this was an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location on Cape Cod so I would give it a solid 4 stars."

"Beautiful house - there are windows everywhere, providing the most beautiful scenery no matter where you are! Very roomy, comfortable and perfect for families or (as was true for us), a ladies trip. Modern appliances, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Beautifully decorated. The deck(s) overlooking the ocean are particularly wonderful - spent much time there. Bit the view from the kitchen and family room are almost equally stunning. Great communication from owner. Definitely recommend."

"We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful beach house! The unobstructed ocean views were absolutely stunning! The property felt very private with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and there were several AC units and fans that kept us cool during during the exceptionally warm weather we had for our stay. We were all in need of a quiet relaxing retreat and this checked ALL the boxes!! Kerry was a fantastic host! Communication was prompt and clear, and the booking process was seamless from start to finish. We are so glad to have found this gem-- a true sanctuary!!--and hope to return again in the future!"

"Great location! Nice rooms. Stuff that was off- smoke alarm went off for no reason. Also it was hot first day and no AC was hard. But we should have checked for that. Otherwise great location and beautiful neighborhood. Close to beach and Food was great"

"We met up with our 2 adult children and their partners for a week on the cape and this house was a perfect home base. We cooked every night and the kitchen was so well supplied, it made our stay very nice. We had a couple very hot days, and the air conditioning was delightful. We even had a perfect night making smores at the fire pit. This was such a comfortable home away from home, thank you Dan and Desiree!"

"Stayed at the property with a group of 12 guys for a golf weekend and it was perfect for our group. Lots of places to spread out when we wanted but also gather as a group. Communication with Josh was great all the way through our check out. Definitely someplace we would stay again if we do another trip in the area."
