"Waited forever for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Finally gave up and took a taxi. I complained to the front desk clerk when I checked in. She had no answer. Was supposed to get a King bed on the executive floor. Was told there were no king beds available when I checked in at 5PM. It had already been a very long day, so I took a room with 2 beds. Overall a disappointing stay."

"Beautiful property, excellent staff, and a dazzling lobby- worth every penny! Thank you, Hilton!"
