"Hotel was excellent. However they put us in the wrong room. My last name was the same name as another guests first name and they put me in that room. AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this...

"I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel"
