"A lovely big flat with fantastic views over Poole Harbour. It was a very short walk to the

with some nice walks along the beachfront. Lots of things to do in the area. The best part was the terrific communication with Mark, the owner, right from the start which was quite exceptional. It was very reassuring that all the arrangements for access were in order and he answered all questions very quickly and helpfully and was extremely accommodating. "You literally can’t beat the location - so close to the
beach
and it’s a really nice airy and modern apartment. It’s worth flagging for any elderly guests there isn’t a lift (my mum is 76 and would have struggled if I wasn’t there to carry up bags) and if you’re not a dog lover the
beach
at this end is teaming with dogs (not all owners were ‘picking up’ after them), but these are the only two slight downsides. But, on the flip side this end of the
beach
is quieter. We loved everything else...

"We had a great stay, we didn't realise parking wasn't included free, so this wasn't clear until we arrived and considering the difficulty parking, the fee per day was quite excessive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was good to have links with the two hotels either side. We had a lovely room, but in general the hotel does need a little TLC, particularly the outside seating (so uncomfortable) which is why we used the hotels either side for sitting outside on warm days. For the size of the hotel, it really does need more than one lift."
