Staff were very friendly , great to have parking on site and a nice location. Enjoyed the pool and spa, only drawback was the uncomfortable bed and limited options for the restaurant meals .

freindly and efficient staff clean room and bathroom .0Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and in great condition. Bar area was nice and open with a reasonable selection of drinks and a nice enough menu (The fish and chips I had where the best i have had in a long time a Jumbo option would have been nice).

Amazing hotel

Amazing stay. Great bed, nice hot shower, lovely spa facilities included, delicious breakfast buffet (full English) and they upgraded us for free to a room with sea view. By far the best “low budget” hotel I’ve stayed in in England.

Excellent Hotel and service

We were on a family trip, and chose the hotel for the indoor pool, was affordable and close to beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. We will stay again. Highly recommend.

This is a traditional B&B with all the right values, which include friendly staff. It is no-frills, but that is not to disparage it. The location is fine, it is quiet but urban, the clientele is mostly pensioners and occasionally conference delegates, but middle-aged, primarily senior citizens. It gives them what they want and does so well. The staff were kind, patient and helpful. It is a model of its kind, and while others will find it faded, I accept it for what it is. It made people happy, including me.
