"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "We felt like royalty staying at this elegant palace. The room is giant with antique furniture but all the modern conveniences. The bath also very large with great fixtures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the famous Scrovengi Chapel and Emeritani Museum. Padua was a great city to visit and this hotel made it extra special."
