It was inside the walled city of Citadella, There was a public parking place for free parking about a 3 minute walk from the hotel,nice location,great people who worked there,very helpful and accommodating.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Our room was made up every day with everything restocked. It was perfect for us, 2 adults and 1 child staying for a hockey tournament. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A gem in the heart of Cittadella

We spent 5 nights in Cittadella. The hotel is in a fantastic location to allow easy walking to all amenities and restaurants, sports locations etc. Very clean room. Very comfortable beds and lovely well stocked breakfast buffet. However the best part was the staff. They were very friendly and Annabella in particular went above and beyond in assisting us and providing a fantastic service. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Das wunderschöne, stilvolle Hotel Roma erfüllt alle Wünsche: herzlicher Empfang, makellose Sauberkeit, große Zimmer und Badezimmer, bequeme, große Betten, absolute Ruhe, schön kühl ( es waren draußen über 30 °C), Klimaanlage, Minibar, TV mit Streaming- Diensten, 3 weiche Dusch- und Handtücher pro Kopf, angenehme Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen, genügend Aufbewahrungsplatz, im Bad hochwertige Kosmetik und ein sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, das stets nachgefüllt wurde. Eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung, eine klare Empfehlung!
