"We loved staying in San Telmo area, with cafes, restaurants, and mini markets all conveniently within steps. The hop on hop off bus, and plaza we're nearby, as well as laundry. The room was quite spacious and patio spaces delightful. And the staff we're always welcoming, helpful, and for us their English and maps made our stay easy!!"

"Hotel Varela has the MOST beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace. I arrived and there were 2 towels and 2 soaps. ( I have never been given a towel in a hostel before!). The room was spotlessly clean (as is the rest of the property). There is a big functional kitchen and plenty of bathrooms so one never has to wait. The staff are friendly and helpful.
