"We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

A bad pillow or destroyed your vacation… the location is convenient is close to almost every point of interest … easy to go around … Uber works perfect and it’s cheap .. the area is a little dirty but in general it’s ok"

"The hotel is closing in a few weeks. Its obvious they don't care. Room wasn't all that clean. Pool probably hadn't been chlorinated in a while either, ha! Very relaxed staff meant we could get a super later check out."

"If you want the Sheraton, stay at the Sheraton. This is a hostel, and people need to realize that. With that being said, I had a private room en suite. The bed was clean and changed daily, the shower was clean and the whole bathroom was functioning. I only ate breakfast there one day and it was croissants, toast, butter and jam, tea, coffee or juice. Yes, it's basic, but it gets you through until lunch! "The location of the hostel, a few blocks from the main street, is great. The AC in the rooms also works wonders. There wasn't any hot water when I showered, so that was a bit jarring. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with places to visit and see. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I appreciated their help!"
