"The hotel is good value for money, the room we got was quite large and comfortable but very basic. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, large, functional but dated, the room lacked sockets for charging. Breakfast was included in the price which really was a bonus. "We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

"The hotel is closing in a few weeks. Its obvious they don't care. Room wasn't all that clean. Pool probably hadn't been chlorinated in a while either, ha! Very relaxed staff meant we could get a super later check out."

"The location of the hostel, a few blocks from the main street, is great. The AC in the rooms also works wonders. There wasn't any hot water when I showered, so that was a bit jarring. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with places to visit and see. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I appreciated their help!"
