"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very centrally located. The area is always busy with people. The hotel is right by a water bus stop, gondolas and lots of shops and restaurants!"

"The room was spacious and clean. However, it did not have a view of the canals. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but they had someone who would carry the luggage to the room and come get the luggage when we checked out. They arranged a water taxi for us and took us to the exact spot to get it. Very helpful customer service."

"Very close to Santa Lucia Venice train station 3 min walking, shopping restaurant water taxi nearby, hotel clean, staff friendly especially Raeffel he was able to accommodate our upgrade room thanks so much, buffet breakfast is decent, good enough for breakfast. Recommend to stay here at Hotel Abbazia . I will come back next trip , we like Venice! "
