Nice hotel. Had the prestige room. The room was really big and the interior was beautiful. Staff was kind as well. Breakfast wasn’t that much, but it was okay to start the day. Location of the hotel is good, most places everyone wants to see is at walking distance.

The Hotel was amazing in decor , comfortable environment, and convenient location. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. And the breakfast each morning was fantastic as well with large variety of options to try that suited everyone in our group.

A great property away from the busy crowd and nestled in a quiet area. Valentina gave us such a warm welcome and recommended a lovely restaurant to dine at. We had a lovely suite with a balcony and canal view, breakfast was nice and quaint. Overall a lovely boutique hotel suitable for a romantic weekend away. This Hotel was one of my first choices but it was a little pricey, I then got a great deal and reserved it immediately. This was my first visit to Venice and everyone was telling me about how important it was to stay in a hotel in San Marcos, but this hotel could not have a better location. We arrived by train and caught the Vaporetto to San Tomá, then it is a short walk, less than 5 min. Then you can either ride the vaporetto to Rialto or ride A gondola for only 2€ across the Grand Canal, this Hotel is centrally located and it is very easy to go anywhere and very fast. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was mostly helpful, the room super nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of options and being able to enjoy in the patio was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Magical, truly surpassed our already high expectations. In a lovely area of San Polo and only a gentle 19min walk to Rialto bridge plus visit to All’ Arco Cicchetti bar is a must on the way. Two wonderful restaurants 1min from the hotel and loads of hidden bars across the small bridge. Highly recommended 5 stars

The staff are friendly and helpful! The hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly good and abundant, the staff were so accommodating, and the location is extremely walkable. Very near the San Toma vaporetto stop, but also easy walk to the main “touristy” Rialto Bridge areas. Got a bit noisy at times from people on the street but I think you’ll get that most places because the city is crowded. Great location. We were able to go out and sightsee, and come back to the hotel multiple times in the day to recharge.
