"This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. "

"I was in town to see Kendrick and SZA and this was a great spot right by the venue (SoFi Stadium). It's got plenty of space for two people and really more if you wanted to. I would highly recommend for the price point. "

"we had a very nice comfortable stay in LA.....very spacious place with all the amenities......the manager was easy to reach most of the time. Parking is a bit of an issue there and getting into the place sometimes took some effort :) Overall, a great place!"
