"As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy"

"Property was very clean. El the front desk staff and the wonderful people taking care of breakfast were amazing. This place has everything you can think of to eat every morning and the coffee was always flowing. Monday through Thursday there is a social hour from 5-7 with free appetizers wine and beer. "VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am.
