"The property was in a very nice location. The staff was mostly very kind and serviceable. There was one pool bar waiter who said, "I don't get paid enough to serve when it is raining." On a couple of days, the elevator was not working properly. It would constantly skip the 9th floor. In order to get it to come up, I had to press both the up and down buttons. Other than those two issues, a great time was had. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Kimberly at the pool bar is a rockstar."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The staff were all so friendly and helpful - from Maria at the bar to Kenneth and Myrna on the beach and Arturo at the door! The rooms and hotel common areas are well kept and we had absolutely no issues at all! I would definitely stay here again when we visit Puerto Rico in the future !"
