The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare...

"I usually never write reviews for hotel stays, but I just want to share that our time at Hotel Emona Aquaeductus was AMAZING! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They were great in answering my emails when I had basic questions (this was our first trip to Europe, so we had many). Every time we came and went from the hotel, the staff greeted us like family. There is someone at the front desk 24/7. The location might not be for everyone since it was about a 20 minute walk to the center...

They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare extra money for Ubers and taxis because they are not cheap. But there are a lot of restarting in the area and a nice grocery store near by! However no microwave in the room. "
