It’s really close to Rome’s attraction as well having restaurants and shops nearby to distract yourself. The room is good and comfortable

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. From the moment we got here we felt uncomfortable and confused. The woman who greeted us only spoke Italian and made no effort to try to communicate with us as well we felt she was quite rude to us during our stay. She scolded us when we got confused with their door system (there’s four old style door and keys that’s she didn’t show s how to use) We were shocked with our treatment… At one point we were able to catch a staff that spoke English and we felt a bit more at ease but overall we weren’t able to enjoy our stay. We don’t know why we weren’t greeted by an English speaker the first place. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and had another persons hair on the bed/room and trash in the bathroom. Looked like mold or mildew in the showers. Toilets barely flushed, the apartment courtyard was an inactive construction site. The moment we got here we really wanted to leave.

Pick up and check in service was good. Great restaurant recommendation. Unreliable wifi. Somethings need to be refreshed and repaired… like electrical outlet cover falling apart.

Poor description of accommodation. Triple room very small. Bathroom old and strong damp smell. Didn’t realize it was shared common areas - kitchen, entrance. Thin walls and noisy
