"My stay was amazing. The room was excellent, comfy bed, clean with a window for air. What l liked best was that this unique hotel had a fantastic host Edwina who took care of me suggesting places to go see and authentic Italian restaurants. I loved the breakfasts and chats with her and others guests. A very positive energy with great service. Thank you for a memorable experience in Florence for the first time. I highly recommend this hotel . "

"The staffs were so nice, helpful and professional. The bathtub was old. WiFi didn’t work very well. No plug to charge smartphone near the bed. We were 3 guests, and we had to ask for multi plug outlet to charge our phone (it was located far from the head part of the beds), the breakfast was not high quality."

"This beautiful boutique hotel is historically unique, situated in a less touristy neighborhood in Florence and very well managed. The attention to service and detail, the helpfulness of the staff ( before and after our stay) and the professionalism of every single employee was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very quiet with the loveliest linens and towels. Our delight was waking to a breakfast catering to every taste and dining al fresco. The wait staff is superb. Every inch of the hotel is immaculate. I would return to this lovely place on my next trip to Florence. "
