"Loved our 4 night stay here. We thought the location was great - not too touristy so felt more like a local. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants around Santo Spirito and less than 10mins from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. The two ladies who run it were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent shower and really appreciated the great coffee available at all hours. Would definitely stay again."

What l liked best was that this unique hotel had a fantastic host Edwina who took care of me suggesting places to go see and authentic Italian restaurants. I loved the breakfasts and chats with her and others guests. A very positive energy with great service. Thank you for a memorable experience in Florence for the first time. I highly recommend this hotel . "

"The staffs were so nice, helpful and professional. The bathtub was old. WiFi didn’t work very well. No plug to charge smartphone near the bed. We were 3 guests, and we had to ask for multi plug outlet to charge our phone (it was located far from the head part of the beds), the breakfast was not high quality."
