"Convenient location! I took Bart from SFO Airport to the hotel.The hotel was right by Powell St station, and one block from the Cable car. The area was not the safest (lots of homeless people on the street), but there were lots of tourists on the streets so I felt safe. Front desk staff was not very friendly, but Bell Station staff was very helpful. Room was a bit outdated, but clean. Bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it got very steamy."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Mark, the staff specifically offered the best service, the location is of the hotel quite hilly did not make it a disadvantage because it’s nearby every main attractions. I would recommend the Mark to anyone looking for the a great hotel in San Francisco."
