Had a great stay at City Center Inn & Suites! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The location was convenient, safe, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was nice that the property was very centrally located to the downtown area. The check-in and parking was frustrating because you had to ring or honk every time that you needed assistance as there usually wasn't anyone at the desk. The room smelled like urine. The sink and shower both dripped the entire time and they hadn't changed the toilet paper roll from the last occupants.

PROPERTY: well-maintained hotel site, with off-street parking included (and not just an open driveway, there's a garage door to keep cars secure. Staff was friendly. Impressively stocked vending machines... the instant noodles came in handy after we got home from a long night. ROOM: room was generally quite clean (the occasional small stain on a pillowcase or towel, but of little annoyance), Plenty of mirrors, including a full-length and a magnifying beauty mirror. Mini fridge, microwave and a handy storage tray cabinet. The shower got hot and the water pressure was decent. I enjoyed the wall-mounted full size toiletries. The mattress sagged a bit on one side but the bed was still comfy. OVERALL: a very decent hotel option for a very reasonable price.

Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and spacious, it's located downtown in the heart of everything and it had FREE PARKING inside locked gates! I looked at many places, but the parking sold me on this place, and I'm so glad because it was a great place to stay! Will totally be returning!!!

Was a bit worried reading the reviews however both hotel and car park were very secure and the area immediately around it not too bad. If you are heading to Union Square, I would turn right out of the hotel and left onto Folsom street, and then left on 4th street. We walked during the day and it was absolutely fine and got a taxi back if we were after sunset. The hotel was very clean and our room was quite big with good amenities. Breakfast was decent with cereal, toast, porridge and small pastries as well as coffee and oj. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. Cannot fault it.

Front desk was helpful and patient. Room was clean and well stocked. Everything worked fine with no issues. I love that this place comes with free parking AND complimentary breakfast! Yes there’s limited parking spaces but it’s still really convenient compared to other hotels. Will definitely be coming back here!

Loved this stay very quiet and calm. I really appreciate the security they have. They do not let anyone enter without a booking. Very high standards are respecting everyone’s peace and privacy during their stay. Staff was friendly and patient while doing a late night check in. Very reasonable price not on the high end side, if you need a quick and safe stay. The room was very clean and had the necessary amenities. Overall very pleased.

Although not the best kept and maintained, the bathroom could definitely use repairs and DEEP cleaning. The hotel itself very conveniently located, and the on-site parking is a major win.
