We had a terrible experience during our stay. There were small bugs in our bathroom, so we called up the reception desk and they were kind enough to give us a new room that was positive and the only person who was good there was Jenny. My wife had terrible experience with some of the stuff especially one in cafeteria. They were super rude to her and insisted her to buy Starbucks machine coffee which was $7 instead of $2 regular machine coffee.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel and rooms smell very nice and clean. The prices of food are little pricey but it is good.
