"Nice property with easy access to the beach and everything else on South Padre Island. It's easy to tell this beach house gets a lot of use as there are some items that appear to be a bit worn and there were some places the walls had been patched/repaired, and the house could have been cleaner. There were problems with the door key-pad and it had to be replaced. However, the host Derek and his team were very responsive and replaced the key-pad promptly. Derek communicated and followed up well....

"This house was perfect for our stay on South Padre Island. It was a short walk to the beach, we spent so much time at the pool and enjoyed the bbq area for a cookout. Comfortably fit 7 adults and 2 children with the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was wonderful having the space for multiple families to stay together for my son’s wedding. Marta responded to all of our questions and provided additional important information for our trip."

"The property was just as the pictures showed. It was supplied with almost everything we needed. I loved the bathroom with the colorful shower head. The living room furniture was really comfortable and clean. The only negative is the washer sounds like it needs maintenance or to be replaced, and one of the beds in F/Q room sinks in. Good luck with getting the host to respond in a timely fashion."
