One room is quite small barely enough to fit a bed length and width, I do recommend minor cleaning such as sheets-found dirt particles in the bed in the smaller room. Maybe some cosmetic updates such as painting the rails, walls at the entrance, chipped toilet tank lid, puncture door, cigarette butts outside, dog poop outside in the backyard. And this is because I’m observant…but it’s really a lovely place"

"My niece recently graduated and we celebrated as a family with a beach vacation and this place did not disappoint. Three different families with dogs included and we did not run out of space. I loved the double refrigerators, plenty of towels, and the pool is huge with a splash pad for the littles. "Pros: great location, a couple blocks to the beach. The backyard is well landscaped, with a nice pool. Plenty of parking. It can sleep a lot of people - 17 comfortably- but there are only 3 rooms with closed-door privacy, if you're looking for that. There are two kitchens and an outside toilet, sink and shower. "The property was wonderful for our family vacation. Grandparents stayed in the downstairs apartment and were able to escape from the craziness of the family, lol. Yard was absolutely beautiful and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything we needed to prepare meals was in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Brand new charcoal grill, they even provided charcoal and lighter fluid. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach toys and a little beach wagon. "The fishing pier was close to the cabin and had a place to clean the caught fish. There was plenty of shade in the backyard with a picnic table, swing and chairs.The kitchen was supplied but the cutting knives were not sharp so you may want to bring your own knife."

"We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with."
