I thought that the staff was very very helpful and always nice to me. They made my vacation much better for me. I know people all the time that say they wanna spend their vacation in a very expensive hotel instead of a budget hotel or even a reasonable hotel. But it seems everywhere I go Best Western, they're a cheaper hotel, but They really have better service than any other hotel that you can pay four hundred dollars a night for a thousand dollars a night for that , i've seen and I work in the industry.

The room was very clean when we arrived, we had the king size bed and it was very comfortable, the breakfast was pretty tasty, it was just scrambled eggs with some type of round ham pieces but it was pretty good, they had coffee, orange juice and apple juice and I think hot chocolate, they had a waffle maker and bread that you could toast with different types of jam to put on it. The pool was sorta small and the hot tub was nice. The only complaint I can think of was the mini fridge was missing one of the props on the front corner of it, so when you open the fridge it would sorta fall downward so I had to use my hand to hold it up, but overall I would stay here again.

Room was very clean and comfortable but, the shower water valves were too odd or difficult to operate and the hand held nozzle base was loose it looked like it was about to fall off.
