"We stayed here for a week and will definitely come back. It is a fantastic hotel, the room was a great size, modern with everything we needed for a great stay. We only had breakfast which was good with quite a good variety/selection. The area the hotel is (San Augustin) is quite quiet but nice approx 5 min walk from lovely beach and approx 30 mins walk away from Playa de Ingles. "Beautiful hotel excellent service everywhere. It's great for adults and families although some families used the adult only area for sunbathing which is a small area anyway. Hope they will address this so adults can have peace ! You don't feel crowded anywhere else . "

"Lovely room overlooking the sea from which we saw amazing sunsets. We took advantage of the half board with evening buffet. All food was of a high standard. The pool terrace was sheltered from wind, pool was heated and it was a sunny location all day. Lovely walks from the hotel in both directions. They used a company called Anamation, for aqua gym and various other events, all of which were very entertaining . Staff friendly and helpful around the hotel. "

"The hotel itself is quite unique in style, we had a standard room and it was very spacious and included a comfortable seating area where you could watch TV which had quite a few English channels. Unfortunately the standard rooms are at the back right above the delivery/loading bay area and you are awoken by the deliveries every day any time between 4.30 and 6am. Staff were apologetic but nothing they can do about it and as hotel was full, we couldn't be moved. Plenty of sunbeds - hotel was full...

"Inside: A lovely, clean, modern furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area and kitchen with all the facilities you need, in a block of about 20 apartments. Outside: the balcony overlooks the pool and has a sea view.
