"In April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day. "Very nice hotel. Nice staff. At the check in we had some problems because although we ordered 2 luxurious suites they demanded extra charge of additional day for early check in. Also, there was a big convention at the hotel, so we couldn’t drink coffee at the public area. However, the rest of our stay was wonderful. We will definitely come back !"
