"De kamer werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Aardig personeel maar niet altijd even competent.

"My mother and her friend were resting in this hotel and got sick with a skin disease "scabies". I appeal to the manager, please control how the bed linen is processed."

"I rarely leave a bad review for hotels but this place just seemed like death by a thousand cuts. When we checked in, it felt like they gave us the worst room they had, on the ground floor facing a busy street, even though we had booked for four nights. When I asked to change, they said they were completely booked. When I pressed further on whether more expensive rooms were available, they said yes. So communication could be improved a little here. "Hôtel familial très agréable"

"very nice and clean"

"Great staffs, great service, and great facilities. Strongly reccomend this hotel when visiting Smarkand."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern. The rooms are comfortable. If you like a big breakfast however, then you might be disappointed. We were in Samarkand as part of a big cycle touring trip and had to take our own food to breakfast to fill us up properly. Taxis are easy to get in Samarkand with the Yandex Go app, so exploring the city is easy from the hotel."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very helpful, making the stay easy and pleasant."

"Room was clean, provided dental kit and hygiene"

"Good facility. Nice breakfast area. Near green park. Quiet area. Need Yandex for tourist sites. "

"Landlord and her mother just wonderful people. Breakfast area ouyside with a view to nicely keept garden. I highly recommebd this place"

"I had a one week stay her while working nearby. Very new, clean and comfortable building and facilities. Staff were very attentive and helpful - particular thanks to Sardor who was the main guy at reception when I was coming no going and extremely helpful. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as the weather was quite mild and there had a couple of rainy days too, although it has been enclosed inside a glass structure which can make it more accessible and versatile for many people."
