"I had an amazing stay at this property! Entering the property I thought the decor was extremely nice and thoughtful, check in was simple and informative. We stayed in one of the suites that had the jetted whirlpool and I must say it was an amazing touch to the room for added relaxation. I appreciated the blackout curtains and the soft bed and pillows. I appreciated the staff friendless, and the rotating breakfast options. I also appreciate that this hotel is in a central area within 1-8 minutes of lots of wonderful dining and shopping options. I would most certainly stay here again"

"The price was excellent for what I got. The shower in one of my rooms still had hair in it. There was a bug in the same room. There were pieces of something in a pile by the door upon entry. These were minor things. Upon check out, everything was as I found them in both rooms. I was only refunded one of my deposits. The staff said that it was because there was damage done to the wall. We pulled the table out to play a board game the night before. The line was already there from where the table had been. I didn't think to take pictures because its obvious that the line was made from the table. When I explained to the receptionist, she stated that housekeeping said the wall was damaged. She stated that each room is inspected but somehow I still had hair in my shower and trash by the door. So do they pull out all the tables to check the wall prior to check in?? This is the ONLY problem I had."
