"My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family so basically in our room just to sleep. It’s a very dated hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little tight. The included breakfast was not that great, not a lot of choice and the dining area was dark and uninviting, but staff was friendly. We had an early checkout, before the breakfast was available, and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us croissants and made coffee for us which was greatly appreciated. "

"Beautiful property, scenic. Although it wasn’t clear that we could not go into the castle at all unless we signed up for a tour and there were no tours available until after we checked out the next day."

"It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good."
