The room was nice and spacious with a good bathroom which was clean. It would have been nice to have been provided with better vanity selection. No body lotion available. The bed was very hard and pillows were not the best and abit like puffs of air that turned to pancakes.

The hotel has a Michelin restaurant next to it but make sure to check when it's open as it was closed at the time of my booking and I would have loved to try it. Location is great if traveling by car (plenty of parking) and easy to get into the city center plus food options, grocery options and laundry very close. The hotel itself is well appointed, sad that the spa is closed (since Covid) but breakfast in the morning is a nice start to the day. AC in the rooms (necessary in August), soaking tub/shower, comfortable bed plus a desk and great chair to read in the window.

Lovely modern rooms in a convenient location right outside Vatican city. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast which is delivered to your room was delicious and adequate. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but that is true of many areas of Rome. We would definitely recommend this property for those who want to be centrally located to visit all that Rome has to offer!

It is some time that I use this Hotel and the feeling is that is going worst and worst; arriving on Sunday do not allow you to use many inside services; the breakfast is still good but staff is completely out of job (a smile and more customer attention would be appreciated). Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

beautiful but rainy stay in parma

wonderful hotel with nice friendly service. room was eco friendly and clean. spacious bathroom and shower. breakfast options were wonderfull from fruit and coffee to bacon and eggs, selection of pastries and yogurt. dinner menu not large but quality of dishes was pleasing. outside free parking was plentyfull. for those wanting a gurmet food adventure and willing to spend $$$$ there is the restaurant inkiostro (michelin rated)

Staff shortages will affect the stay!

The bed was huge and comfortable, and the hotel looks quite nice! BUT our stay was far from great unfurtunately. There was way too little staff!! When we came for breakfast, there was not one clean table, and all the food was empty. Only one person working, we saw 10 people come, look around and leave because of the state of it. I have never seen anything like it! They also had a massage shower and bath, but the thing you rotate to change where the water comes out from did not work, so you could only use the handheld shower.
