Fabulous breakfast! Room was very clean but a little dark in the bathroom and horrible hair dryer but very convenient to the train and fairly close to town and walkable. Overall very quaint!

Hotel is clean and modern. Elevators were a nightmare! Breakfast buffet Excellent with many choices. Seemed to be a bit of a party place at the cafe next door, with police arrival at 2 in the morning. Overall, a good hotel.

We really enjoy visiting Parma in general. Yes, it's a little sketch around the train station at night, but the hotel felt very safe and the parking was secure. The room was very modern and updated. We slept very well and the breakfast was nice! I would stay here again.

This was a terrific option for Parma. Inexpensive, convenient to train, big and modern room, great staff, wonderful breakfast. I literally have no idea what others have complained about. We thought the area very safe and didn't get asked for money once, unlike in Bologna and Verona. An easy walk into town and right by the leaving point for food tours. Can't recommend it enough.
