"We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited. I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)... Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is...
