"Customer service is horrendous, it’s like trying to communicate with a robot! House is tired and in need of modernisation and repair. The boiler is broken has to have an engineer out on the day we arrived as no hot water. Boiler broke every day and we had to relight the pilot light. Out of hours phone number provided dosent exist!!!!!! "

"The house was very charming. There was enough room for a family of 4 (all adults). Fairly clean when we arrived. Communication property mannager was excellent. Quick responses each time. A little hard for taxis to find when picking up however they found us each time. Uber eats deliveries were successful. Neighbors homes are close together but they were quiet enough. Walking distance to a few grocery stores but not close to pubs. There is a bus stop in to the city center thats a short walk...

"First, the appearance of the place seemed nice, but it was dusty and had cob webs. The old windows leaked cold air, and when we arrived, none of the radiators were on. Once we turned one on, it said the house was 10 degree Celsius- in the middle of winter - brrrr. The Cottage is also two stories, with very steep stairs. We had to leave and find another place to stay because my elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs to her bedroom and my small children couldn’t spend the night in a freezing house....
