Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a super king-size bed that can be split into two singles to suit your group. It also has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a cosy single bed, perfect for a child, solo guest, or team member. The separate family bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower, toilet and basin. The property comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Guests benefit from a private parking space located directly behind the house, and self check-in is provided via a secure keybox. For added peace of mind, the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. You’ll also find a washer/dryer and ironing facilities for longer stays.
Grove Rest is in a great spot to explore Norwich. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, Norwich Market, and Chapelfield Gardens. You’re close to local shops and supermarkets like Sainsbury’s on Queens Road. Enjoy a pint at The Trafford Arms or coffee at Kofra, and take the kids to Eaton Park or The Plantation Garden for a relaxing afternoon. The property also offers easy access to the A47, public transport, and Norwich train station.
The house is located in the central part of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.
The property is a 7-minute walk to Norwich's central bus station where you have quick links to the coast, the Broads and surrounding towns and villages.
The train station is a 7-minute drive away again giving you clear access to anywhere you need!
The property is on the main road in and out of the city centre, easy to find!
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.
And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).
Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.
Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
